So, whats your opinion?

This is a very seriouse offense and should be dealt with
accordingly, lawfully and should be an example to anyone
who is violent to another due to his/her racial background.

Many people will start coming with arguments like if this
kids were white and attacking black kids then blacks would
have started screaming the racial attacks. Well, this looks
horrible and even though we cannot hear what they are saying,
the chances that it is racially motivated are extremely high.

So, whats your opinion?
